يقسم خليط الكيك بالتساوي للقالبين و ندخل القالبين للرف الوسط للفرن و تشوى الكيكة لمدة ٣٠ دقيقة او حتى تنضج بعد ما نختبرها بعود خشبي (حسب حرارة كل فرن)..
تترك لتبرد تماما ثم تقطع على شكل شنب (الخطوات موضحة في الصور) ثم تحشى بالكريمة و تزيين وتدخل للبراد لحين التقديم..

بعد قص الكيكة يرتب شكل الشنب ثم تحشى و تزين..
لتجهيز الكريمة : نخلط كريمة الخفق مع القليل من السكر البودرة و كمية جيدة من الكاكاو حتى نحصل على القوام المفضل بكريمة التزيين (هنا استخدمت كمية كثيرة من الكاكاو لأني افضل طعمها يكون دارك) واستخدمت الموز في تحشية الكيك مع الكريمة و غلفت الكيكة بطبقة من الكريمة ثم بأستخدام كيس التزيين غلفت الوجه بطبقة ثانية بالشكل الموجود بالصورة ، ان شاء الله تعجبكم والف عافية..
