نجهز الكريمة؛ في وعاء نخلط كريمة الخفق الباردة مع ظرف الكريم شانتيه حتى نحصل على قوام متماسك (نختبر القوام نقلب الوعاء اذا بقت ثابته الكريمة معناها الامور ماشية صح)، نبدي نحشي الكيك ، اول خطوة ندهن قطعة الكيك بالمربى ، الخطوة الثانية نضيف مقدار من الكريمة ونساوي سطح الكريمة ، الخطوة الثالثة نضيف الفواكه وهكذا، نزين الكيكة من برى بالكريمة و نضيف الفواكه + برش الليمون + أوراق النعناع وندخلها للبراد لوقت التقديم وبالعافية.
ملاحظات؛ ماضفت سكر للكريمة لأن الكريم شانتيه اللي استخدمته بي سكر ﮼ يمكن استبدال الفواكه الطازجة بالفواكة المجففة عند التزيين ﮼ ماذكرت المقادير المضافة لخليط الكيك لأن سبق و ذكرت كل شركة وكل نوع يختلف عن الثاني النوع المتوفر عندي إضافاته تختلف لذلك الافضل اتبعوا التعليمات المكتوبة خلف العلبة عندكم ﮼ كمية المربى ممكن تزيدوها انا فقط مسحت قطع الكيك بيها لذلك اكتفيت بـ ٢ ملعقة طعام.
