6. يصب خليط في صينيه كبيره ويدخل في فرن ساخن 180°. النار من الاسفل فقط. اول نصف ساعه. ثم تفتح النار من الاعلى, الى ان تنضج الكيكه..
7. تترك الكيكه لتبرد, ثم تقطع 2 او 3 ادوار. ثم يوضع الحشو المفضل وتزين حسب الرغبه..
