  4. اخيرا قومي بتقطع الخيار الى مربعات صغيره وبشر الجزر وخلطها مع البطاطس والباذنجان ووضعهابصحن اتقديم وضعي اذره فوقها ثم ازبادي مع اثوم ورش قليل من اسماق ثم الخبز المقلي وقليل من اسماق.
