- بعد النصف ساعة نفتح الفرن ونختبر الكيك بوضع خلة في منتصف الكيك اذا طلعت نظيفة يكون الكيك ثم نضجه أما إذا كانت بها بعض تكتلات عجين فنتركها خمس دقائق آخرين ونختبر.
