5. طريقه عمل التوفي:: يذوب السكر على نار متوسط حتى يصبح سائل؛ يضاف الحليب الممزوج بالنشا الى الخليط السكر السائل و على نار عاليه ويحرك جيداً الى ان تتخلص من جميع الكتل السكر و يصبح الخليط اكثر سماكه.
6. ثم يصب فوق الكيك الكيك بعد ما يبرد ويدخل الثلاجه ويقدم بالعافيه مع الشاي.
