نضعهم ونقوم بخفق المزيج سرعه بطيئه وعندما يمتزجو سويا نخلطهم سرعه عاليه لمده دقيقتين..
نحمى الفرن مسبقا حرارة ١٨٠ و نرش القالب بالزبده والطحين ثم نضع الكيكه بالفرن.
نجهز الكريمه :.
نضع الصحن الزجاج عميق بداخله فراشات الخفاقه داخل الفريزر لعشر دقايق (عشان تمسك الكريمه بسرعه) نضعهم خمس دقايق وربع كوب حليب بكاسة الشاي.
بعد اخراجهم نضع بالوعاء اكظرف الكريمه والحليب ونخفقهم لمده اربع دقايق (لاتزيدوًخفق اكتر لانها بتسيح).
نخلط اوريو قطع (نزيل الحشوه بداخلها) مع لكريمه.
بعد استواء الكيكه وتبريدها نقصها من النصف ويتم حشوها بالكريمه حتى انتهاء الطبقات..
عمل فروستينج الفانيلا تغطيه:.
خلط نص كوب زبده بحرارة الغرفه حتى يتغير لونها اقرب للبياض وثم نضيف سكر مطحون جيدا جيدا بالتدريج مقدار (٥ كاسات سكر مطحون) وبعد ذلك نضيف معلقتين صغار فانيلا وربع كوب حليب ونخفق وبعيك جاهزه لتغليف الكيكه من الخارح.
ملاحظات :.
عملت كيكتين نفس الحجم و حشيت تلات طبقات (طبقه كريمه اوريو وطبقه تانيه بس كريمه وتالته كريمه).
استخدمت الاكواب والمعالق المعياريه.
