- نشكل كريات متساويه من كل عجينه ونبسط على ورق المطبخ الجزء الابيض وفوقو الجزء البني ونرولي حتى نتحصل على حربوش ندهنو بصفار البيض ونذرذر فوقو كاوكاو ونوضعو فالفرن من تحت ثم من فوق حتى يتحمر نخليه يبرد قليلا ونقطعو بسكين مسنن(منشار) والي يحبو يتقرمش يزيد يحطو يتحمر على الاطراف.
