- نشكل العجين الي كرتين متساويتين و نحلها علي شكل حربوش نضعه في سنوة و نبصطه علي علو 2سنتمتر.
- نحضر حبتين من البيض و م ص كاكاو و عطر الكراميل و نمزجهم جيدا و ندهنه علي سطح العجين ثم نحظر شوكة ونضع خطوط.
- ندخله الفرن و با صحة و العافية.
