- المرحلة الثانية في اناء نخلط الطحين مع البيكنج باودر والملح ويترك جانبا وبعد دلك نضبيف عصير الليمون إلى خليط البيض ونخلط المكونات جيداا حتى تتجانس المكونات نصب خليط الطحين بالتدرج وبدون توقف التحريك حتى تتجانس العناصرجيدا نضيف ببخ الليمون ونحرك. المرحلة الثالتة وفي اخر مرحلة نضيف ببخ الليمون ونحرك.المزيج في قالب دائري يدهن بالزيت ويرش بالطحين لتفادي الالتساق يصب خليط عجينة الكيك ويدخل إلى فرن محمى لفترة 40 إلى 45 دقيقة حتى ينضج الكيك. ويصبح جاهزا.
- تحضير الصوص بعد اخراج الكيكه من الفرن نتركها لتبرد حتى يتم اخراجها من القالب بدون تكسير لتحضير الصوص نخلط النستله مع القشطه حتى يصبح الصوص متجانيس ويصب على الكيك بعد وضعها في طبق التقديم ويتم تزينيها بقطع المانجو او الفرواله وقطع الليمون بعتباره اهم العناصير وتزيين الكيك يبقى حسب الرغبة ويفضل تقديمها باردة.
