3. نخرجها اولا تقطع بالسكين ثم تفتت باليد ثم توضع على صاج.
   
   
4. نكب الزبده عليها ونقلبها لمدة 5 دقائق ثم نرش عليها العسل وتقدم مع الحليب وماشاء الله وبالعافيه.
