  3. نغسل العيش ونقطره بعد ان ينشف نضعه في قصعة ونضيف له القليل من الزيت ونفوره على مرقه لما يفور نرجعه للقصعة (جفنة) ونفتحه بايدينا قليلا.
  4. لما يطهى المرق نضيف له العيش ونتركه الى ان يكمل طهيه في مرقه ويقدم بالصحة والعافية.
