- نقشر البصل ونقطعه,نضيفه الی الذرۃ,التونۃ و الزيتون,ننسمه بالقليل من الملح و الابزار.
- نأخد الكريب نضع فيه الحشوۃ و الجبن ثم نلفه بالطريقۃ المصورۃ.
- نضعه في صينيۃ الفرن و نرشه بالجبن المبشور ثم ندخله الی الفرن حتی يذوب الجبن.
