- بعد ما تجهز الكيكة نعمل ثقوب بواسطة عود خشبي و نخلط نصف كوب الماء المغلي مع كمية النسكافية ونسقي الكيكة بالخليط وتُترك جانباً.

- لتجهيز الصوص؛ في قدر على نار متوسطة نضيف الحليب و النشا و السُكر و نخلط وبعد ما يدفئ الحليب نضيف الكاكاو البودرة و نخلط حتى يسمك (يثخن) الخليط نرفعه من على النار و نضيف الزبدة و نصف كوب الشوكولاته و نخلط جيداً و نضيف الخليط على الكيكة و نساوي سطح الخليط و تُدخل للبراد مدة لا تقل عن ٣ ساعات (انا تركتها ليلة كاملة) تُزين اما بشوكولاته بيضاء او شوكولاته مبروشة او مُكسرات مطحونة او فواكه التزيين حسب الرغبة وصحـة و هنـا❤️.
