- ثم نضيف الماء بالتدريج ونعجن إلين تتكون لنا عجينه لينه شبه سائله.
- نتركها تتخمر ساعة.
- نسخن زيت القلي حتى يصير حار ثم نخفض درجة الحراره ثم نبدأ نلقم بالملعقه نغمرها في زيت و وناخذ من العجين باليد نضغط عليها ونشيل بالملعقه ونسقطها لزيت القلي ونحرك بشكل مستمر حتى تستوي وتكسب اللون الذهبي الحلو ونخرجها من النار على ورق ماص للزيت.
- اخر شيء نغمسها في عسل او شيره "قطر" وبالعافيه..
