اولا نضع البيض مع الحليب,ملح,ابزار,والزعتر في الخلاط الكهرباٸي,نخلط السواٸل ثم نضيف الدقيق.
نخلط الكل و نأخذ مقلاۃ نضعها فوق نار هادٸۃ و نقوم بطهي الكريب(أنا عملت كبير).
نقشر البصل ونقطعه,نضيفه الی الذرۃ,التونۃ و الزيتون,ننسمه بالقليل من الملح و الابزار.
نأخد الكريب نضع فيه الحشوۃ و الجبن ثم نلفه بالطريقۃ المصورۃ.
نضعه في صينيۃ الفرن و نرشه بالجبن المبشور ثم ندخله الی الفرن حتی يذوب الجبن.
