- في أثناء غلي القطر نضع بياض البيض في آلة خفق البيض ونخفقه مع رشة ملح حتى يصبح سوفت ويصبح ثلجي اللون بعدها نضيف عليه قليل من الفانيليا وعندما يجهز القطر نسكبه كخيط على بياض البيض مع تشغيل آلة الخفق حتى الانتهاء من كمية القطر ونستمر بالخفق ليبرد الخليط بأن تبرد جوانب حوض آلة الخفق ونضيف 2 م ماء زهر لتعطي نكهة لطيفة مع استمرار الخفق قليلا..
- نسكب المزيج في علبة بلاستيكية ونضعه في البراد وألف صحة وهنا..
- اذا أحسسنا أنه أصبح سميك بعد التبريد يمكن اضافة قليل من ماء الزهر وتحريكه ليطرى قليلا..
