- بقدر نحمس البصله بزيت زيتون ،، ونضيف الدجاج المفروم واذا تغير لونه نضيف البهارات (ملح فلفل اسود كركم كزبره مطحونه ثوم مطحون.)اذا نضج نضيف الكزبره والشبت.
- مشان تحشيخا بكل سهوله > كيس نايلون حطيها على فنجان وحطي كوره من العجينه وافرديها على الفنجان.. واضيفي الحشوه بعدين لمي اطراف الكيس مشان تتقفل.
- فرزنيها لوقت الزنقات او اقليها مباشره.. وبالعافيه.
